With a background spanning healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, and association management, she specializes in leadership development, strategic operations, and member engagement. Nicole holds a B.S. and is currently pursuing her MBA in Executive Leadership from the University of Connecticut, and earned her M.S. in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport.
